You can send the order according to the price list by email or fax.and tell us the Item NO, Product NAME, COLOR and QUANTITY to us, we will prepare the goods for you asap. as well as the receiver's name, address,telephone number, postal number.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

At present we accept T/T (bank transfer) or western union. in addition,the payment terms of custom design : 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T balance before delivery.

3. How long is your factory?

Our factory was established in 1999. We can offer a wide selection of finest crystal beads.

4. Can you ship me a booklet?

Sorry.At present we don't offer the booklet. But we do send you some related information regarding our crystal by email.

5. Can you ship me some crystal samples?

Yes. We can offer you normal free samples, if you have DHL, Fedex,TNT or other freight collectable account, then we can send them to you directly. Or if you don't have collectable account, you can send us the express charge, then we will send the samples to you asasp.

6. How much is freight?

The freight depends on the weight of the goods and your area. Usually express company will give us some discount, because we have cooperated with them for many years.

7. How do you ship the goods to me?

Usually, we ship samll quantity goods by DHL.it will take 4-7 days. and we will ship the large quantity goods by sea.

8. How long is your production time?

It depends on the quantity of you order. For large order, Usually we ship them within 15-30 days after we receive the payment.

9. Do you accept custom crystal beads?

Sure, custom products are welcome. you can tell us the specifications, quantities and other details as much as possible.We will do our best to make your special crystal beads. For custom design, we need charge you some mold cost, and we will return the money to you when you placed the order.

10. What is the minimum order quantity?

Usually, the minimum order quantity is one pack for each item.
